About the company

Mohamed Al Hussaini and Shahab Lutfi founded H&H Development in 2007. H&H provides its clients with a distinctive "all in one" approach to managing their assets by offering a broad range of real estate-related services through its business divisions, including development, property management & leasing, facility management, procurement of furnishings and fittings, and interior design. In addition to offering services, H&H also invests (through its sister business Bright Start) and tackles each project critically with the goal of maximizing efficiency and adding value for investors at every stage of the project's life cycle. In order to minimize construction costs, maximize operating revenues, and create value in line with investors' business strategies and objectives, their excellent technical competence is combined with their financial capabilities and understanding.

H&H provides a full spectrum of development management services, beginning with financial due diligence on investments, wherein all technical and financial aspects are evaluated prior to the client deciding to move further. After this is accomplished, they proceed to the project's design, combining their vast experience and knowledge with esteemed engineering and architectural design firms, contingent upon the nature and complexity of the project.
