The AED 1 billion Samana Lake Views Project was introduced on Thursday by Samana, a private developer with headquarters in Dubai. The group intends to invest AED 12.5 billion in UAE real estate this year. Situated in Dubai Production City, the twin towers comprise 1,006 apartments across 794,000 square feet, featuring studios, one, and two bedrooms. It is anticipated that the project will be completed in October 2027.

 

The new project by Samana marks the start of an extension into a new dimension of designs that are intended to be constructed near the waterfront developments. According to Samana Developers CEO Imran Farooq, "We are developing our projects close to the waterfronts in response to demand from our investors who prefer resort-style communities as well as the prices that are within the reach of buyers and end-users."

 

Two of the project's most notable features are the private pools in each apartment and smart home technologies. Kids' pools, leisure pool decks, barbecue areas, lazy rivers, basketball courts, table tennis areas, cabana areas, shower areas, aquatic indoor and outdoor gyms, seating areas, relaxation zones, bonfires, kids' splash pads, an outdoor movie theater, a trampoline park, and a virtual reality (VR) golf facility are all available in addition to the standard amenities.

 

“The potential for both capital growth and rental revenue on our properties has increased. That attracts investors from the US, Europe, the GCC, and Asia in addition to UAE expatriates” Imran said.

 

The Samana Lake Views complex in Dubai Production City offers buyers the convenience of an eight-year payment plan, a five-year post-handover plan, and the choice of one percent or 0.5 percent monthly installments, so facilitating homeownership. The initial cost of the project is AED 639,000. The 8% return on investment (ROI) attracts Samana investors seeking high payouts.
