The Luxe Developers, a real estate firm based in the UAE, has reached a significant milestone by becoming the first off-plan developer in Ras Al Khaimah to secure a prestigious UAE Golden Visa for an investor. The investor purchased two three-bedroom properties and a penthouse at the Oceano development on Al Marjan Island, with a total investment exceeding AED 35 million.

 

The UAE Golden Visa is a long-term, renewable visa valid for five or ten years. Eligible recipients include investors, entrepreneurs, scientists, outstanding students and graduates, humanitarian leaders, and frontline workers. This visa allows holders to live, work, and study in the UAE without a national sponsor and enables them to sponsor their families and dependents.

 

The Oceano development has attracted significant international interest, particularly from Russians, Brits, and Germans, followed by Indians and Americans.
