The Ministry of Human Resources and Emiratization (Mohre) has officially declared the Eid Al Adha holiday dates for the private sector, spanning from Saturday, June 15, to Tuesday, June 18.
A paid holiday is allocated for Arafah Day, celebrated on Dhul Hijjah 9 of the Islamic calendar, corresponding to Saturday, June 15, in the Gregorian calendar.
Eid Al Adha, the Festival of Sacrifice, will observe a three-day break from Dhul Hijjah 10 to 12, equivalent to June 16 to 18 in the Gregorian calendar.

Public sector employees will align their holiday schedule with the private sector, sharing the same dates.
The crescent Moon of Dhul Hijjah 1445 was sighted from Abu Dhabi on Friday, June 7.
Saudi Arabian authorities confirmed the sighting of the crescent Moon on Thursday, signaling the commencement of Dhul Hijjah on June 7. Consequently, Eid Al Adha will commence on June 16 in the kingdom.
Other nations, such as Oman, India, and Pakistan, will commence their Eid celebrations on June 17, determined by lunar observations.
